HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PRODUCT?

Leather Products
All of our leather products are made with the finest top grain leathers available. This ensures that your leather product is strong and durable and will hold up well against every day use. Top grain leathers retain the natural oils of the hide which continue to condition the leather as you carry your bag. Over time, the leather will soften and age and many leathers will develop a rich patina, which is the sign of a true quality leather piece.
You may be able to condition your product with a mild leather conditioner. Please contact our customer service department at 800.624.3625, if you have any questions about the care of your product.
REPAIRS
WHAT IS YOUR REPAIR POLICY?
At Lili Leather, quality is the hallmark of our business. We are recognized for offering merchandise that has been carefully designed and produced to meet our high standards. It is our intention that our guarantee be as highly regarded as our products. We will repair, at our cost, any manufacturing defect within one year of purchase. Examples of qualified manufacturing defects include problems with zipper construction, loose stitching, hardware or lining. We encourage you to return your bag directly to the retailer where you purchased the bag. Every retailer has a different policy, but we work very closely with our retailers to ensure that everything goes smoothly and that you are happy. If your retailer will not help you with your repair, repair requests can be directed to our repair department at info@lilileather.com or 800.624.3625.
As with any leather accessory, wear and tear will occur with normal use. It should be expected that over time leather may fade or spot and that edges and corners may show signs of wear. This is a natural and normal process and is not covered by the Lili Leathers guarantee. Regrettably, we also cannot guarantee or replace products damaged by abuse or mishandling, including exposure to moisture, severe tears in leather or lining and ink marks or stains. We are happy to recommend solutions for improving your bag’s appearance should natural wear and tear diminish its condition.
REPLACEMENT PARTS
CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT PART FOR MY LILI LEATHER PRODUCT?
We do stock some replacement parts like shoulder straps for bags that are equipped with detachable straps. If you think your bag can be repaired or refurbished with a simple replacement part, please contact our customer service department at at info@lilileather.com or 800.624.3625.
